VITHY VATF air filter is widely applied in the fermentation industry. A large amount of compressed air is required in all fermentation processes. Organic and inorganic pollutants in compressed air from the atmosphere should be removed in the fermentation process sensitive to heterogenic bacteria, especially phages. In this case, the design and model of the air filtering system are of great importance.
When VATF-BD bag filter (5μm -10μm) is installed in front of the air compressor, the content of inorganic matters in compressed air can be reduced, and the service life of the air compressor can be greatly prolonged. VATF-ZC main filter (0.5μm) is capable of intercepting the majority of debris in compressed air, VATF-ZB pre-filter (0.3μm) meets the Class 100 purification requirements, and VATF-ZA PTFE precision filter (0.01μm) is capable of completely removing bacteria in compressed air.
The air sterilization filter is widely applied in aerobic fermentation engineering of microorganisms such as antibiotics (penicillin, erythrocin, oxytetracycline, etc.), amino acids (glutamic acid, lysine, threonine, etc.), organic acids (citric acid, itaconic acid, diacid, etc.), enzymic preparations (saccharifying enzyme, takadiastase, phytase, etc.), polysaccharide (xanthan gum, gellan gum, etc.) and spreading cultivation of yeast (win and beer).
